Fertility Preservation
Fertility preservation is the process of saving or protecting eggs, sperm, or reproductive tissue so that a person can use them to have biological children in the future.
There are many reasons why you may want to look into fertility preservation - maybe you’re not ready to start a family yet, but want to increase your chances of falling pregnant at a more advanced maternal age, in which case egg freezing may be right for you.
Fertility preservation may also be relevant if you are undergoing treatment for a serious condition (like cancer) and treatments could damage your future chances of conceiving naturally.
