Staff who genuinely care can make a world of difference
Caring Nurses
All our nurses are all experienced fertility nurses and are available to answer any questions you have about your treatment. So, it doesn't matter if you are here for bloods or scans, they'll be able to answer any questions you have about your treatment. Why is that different? Most other clinics employ less experienced nurses for non-gynecological work so you'll see different people every time you visit. With us, you'll see the same friendly faces each time.
Personal Service
You'll never hear our patients saying that they need to chase up on their treatment plans or flowcharts, or leave multiple messages . Our experienced fertility nurses personally follow up with you to check on your cycle, checking that you understand how and when to take medications, and when to take your all-important trigger injection.
We follow up
If you've had tests done, our team will set up an appointment to discuss them with your clinician at your next consultation, not send you to a portal.
After egg pick-up, your embryologist will fertilise your eggs, then contact you along the way to discuss how your embryos are developing and answer any questions you have.
What we offer at Flinders Fertility
Tests you need, not those you don't
For most patients, we don't immediately suggest a battery of invasive tests. Everyone is different so we choose the tests that have the most impact first.
Counselling when you need it
Sometimes, you'll need a bit more help navigating decisions. Our fertility counsellor is available, free of charge, if you need support. Just contact us to make an appointment.
Payment Plans
Fertility treatment isn't cheap, and even with Medicare rebates, it still can be hard to budget for. To make it slightly easier for your, we offer ZIP to help spread your payments.
Seeking another opinion?
It's important that the fertility clinic you choose is a good fit for you, so we are always happy for you to come and meet us for a second opinion. If you feel we are right for you, it's easy to move to Flinders Fertility.
To release your records:
We'll send you some forms for you to complete that will allow us to contact your current clinic to release your files with any test results to us. Some clinics take longer to send your records than others, so if you are considering switching it's best to start as soon as possible.
To bulk bill your first consult with us:
While you are waiting we recommend that you get a referral from your GP to come to see us, and that will also enable us to bulk bill your first consultation if you are Medicare eligible.
